Republic Parking System is one of the largest operators of municipal parking facilities in the USA. Currently Republic Parking System operates over 90 municipal contracts that include over 300 parking locations and 175,000 parking spaces.
Much of our success in the municipal segment of the parking market is our ability to deliver high quality services to our clients: Municipal Governments, Development Authorities and Parking Authorities. These services include providing quality operations, customer service oriented operations and meeting extensive reporting requirements in a highly politicized environment. Republic Parking System knows the importance of balancing public relations with optimal business practices.
The requirements for operating a large municipal parking system are quite extensive and Republic Parking System has developed a successful business model that responds well to the demands of these government bodies.
This business model includes recruiting, developing and supporting a qualified, trained management team and line staff that can deal with the day-to-day operational requirements of a large, multi-facility parking system. This team is then supported by our Regional and Executive Management teams to supplement the local management team and meet all the governmental requirements.
Republic Parking System continually develops managers that can immediately step in and assume the management responsibilities of a large parking system. This pool of qualified managers can be used to replace an existing municipal operation manager or open a new operation. We have successfully placed many managers from our internal development programs in large, multi-facility municipal systems.
Our success in achieving positive results can be seen by the length of many of our contracts and the successful re-bidding of many of our contracts. We have operated many of our municipal airport contracts for over thirty (30) years and many of our urban municipal contracts for over ten (10) years.

Republic Parking System was one of the first nationwide parking companies to focus on the unique requirements for operating a Hospital parking operation. In the late 1960's, Republic Parking System operated a separate division focused solely on hospital parking. When Republic Parking System developed a fully integrated urban parking division the hospital division was rolled into the urban division.
With over 40 years experience in operating hospital parking Republic Parking System has successfully demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the hospital parking market. As with large municipal operations, hospital parking operations are very complex with a large number of stakeholders.
Balancing the parking needs of patients, doctors, visitors and hospital staff can be a challenging endeavor. Republic Parking System had demonstrated their ability to meet the parking needs of all the user groups.
Republic Parking System has experience operating complex multi-facility hospital parking campuses such as Oklahoma University Medical Center, Rose Medical Center and Erlanger Medical Center as well as providing valet services, shuttle services, patient transfer services and concierge type services at many of the Hospitals we operate.
Republic Parking System operates one of the largest paid Valet Parking services in the USA at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. Our staff parks approximately 1,500 vehicles per day serving visitors, patients and volunteers of the center. The need to provide a quality service and revenue control simultaneously make this one of the most challenging hospital parking environments anywhere.
Shuttle services for employees and patient transfer have been successfully implemented at high profile hospitals such as Rose Medical Center and Presbyterian St. Luke's in Denver and the Seton Healthcare Network in Austin. Each of these Hospitals deal with a large up-scale clientele that expect only the best in services. Republic Parking System has been meeting those needs for over ten (10) years.

For over 20 years Republic Parking System has been providing valet services to Hospitals, Airports, Hotels and Entertainment Venues throughout the USA. Over the years, Republic Parking System has developed a comprehensive valet parking program that is flexible enough to implement in all valet operations.
The key to providing successful valet services is diligent, proactive management and excellent valet driver training. Republic Parking System achieves these goals by emphasizing management training and setting up a clear, concise operating procedures for our valet drivers, starters and cashiers.
Event Valet / Office Building Valet
Republic Parking System provides valet parking services for all types of generators. We provide valet services at the Port of Tampa for cruise parking customers at three (3) different valet stations. We also provide valet services at the River Club, the premier dining club in Jacksonville, FL.
Additionally we provide valet services for many hospitals. Some examples follow.
MD Anderson Hospital Valet Service
The parking operation at MD Anderson consists of six (6) separate valet stations, a staff of approximately 90 drivers and the operation of one shuttle van for the transport of drivers. The valet stations service the different departments and centers, such as the Rotary House Hotel, the Volunteers and the Radiation Treatment Center, within the hospital. Collectively, these valet stations see approximately 1,500 vehicles per day. In January 2005 we added an additional valet site to our MD Anderson portfolio, the newly constructed Ambulatory Clinical Building which utilizes the ZipPark valet equipment.
A unique situation in Houston is the diverse nature of the customer base as well as the employee pool. We have solved the communications problems in this area by employing a large number of multi-lingual employees as well as developing multi-lingual training programs. This extra effort has led to a very stable employee base as well as improving the customer service levels to the Spanish speaking hospital visitors.
Rose Medical Center Valet Service
For over 17 years Republic Parking System has been the operator of the self park facilities as well as the Valet Service at Rose Medical Center in Denver, CO. Presently there are 5 valet stations throughout the medical campus where we park over 150 cars per day.

| Republic Parking System operates some of the largest and busiest event parking facilities in the USA. Many of our event venues serve the event traffic and the generator traffic where the users of both venues must be accommodated. A prime example of this shared use is the Houston Theater District Parking Garages.
The Theater District Garages are owned by the City of Houston and are located in the heart of Downtown Houston. The Theater District Garages have approximately 3,000 parking spaces and serve a multitude of patrons. In addition to daily contract parking, the parking garage also accommodates event parkers for the nearby theaters, entertainment complexes, and nightclubs. The parking garage is open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day including holidays.
During the day, the parking garage houses contract parkers from major corporations, City of Houston employees, Federal employees, and various individuals. Contract parkers occupy about 80% of our garage on daily basis and we currently have a waiting list of more than 200 people. Transient, or daily parkers fill the other 20% of the garage visiting nearby banks, businesses, and restaurants. Our rate structure for transient parking is banded by hours and the rate increases the longer they park in the garage until it reaches the maximum daily rate. For our daily customers, we offer amenities such as an on-site car wash, books on tape, and a parker of month program.
The evening hours bring a transformation to the parking garage as we switch from our daily mode to our event parking mode. The transformation begins with our event cashiers arriving and being placed on the eight entrances into the garage. These cashiers will collect the flat rate parking fee in advance from the patrons and thus begin event mode. The technical side of this transformation centers around our Scan Net equipment, which gives us the capability to monitor and control revenue with the resetting of counters and the issuance of the first ticket from our spitterVenues Theater machine. We are then able to monitor all vehicles that enter our garage as well as the activity of our gates. When the cashier’s shift is complete, they are held accountable for having the correct revenue based on the numbers tallied by our revenue-control system.
